Make it easy on yourself and use a pad, a pencil, and a clock.
try Operator from Cue-nique in Wisconson. We've used it for years.
It has screens for tables and for retail sales. It's also very user friendly and has the option of being used as a touch screen. Ask for Denny. He gives great service and does regular updates.
