Duke Laha is his name. We see him down at Derby in the Straight Pool Challenge once in a while.

Also seems to generally use the same ultra-economic "freeze tip at the CB, then one backswing" delivery as Stan does. Lot to be said for that kind of compression as long as you have the requisite very seasoned arrow-straight forward delivery stroke.

Appleton and Tony Drago compress things even further by generally even eliminating any backswing at all. Just a push forward after freezing/aiming close to the CB, similar to Grady and Allen Hopkins.
