Cuemaker question (Dennis Searing + others)

I sent Searing a question via email about getting on his list for a cue. He never responded to my email. What is the best way to contact Dennis about making a cue? How long is the wait list currently (i.e. how many years would you expect to wait)?

Also, who are other cuemakers who currently have a wait period of 5-7 years? I think I have seen this before, but I couldn't find it.

Showman was 5 years about 5 years ago. I have one of his scheduled for March of next year. He said it might have slipped a little but is pretty close.

The one the surprizes me is Ernie at Gina. I think he is around a year. Thats great!
