Watching Irving Crane today on ESPN playing Joe Balsis, I was wondering what pool players I have never seen or seen briefly and whom I would like to see play.
I would love to see Cole Dixon play again. And that Harold Worst guy Luther Lassiter talked about.
Who would you like to see again where there are no video tapes known to mankind?
Are there tapes on Ed Kelly, the Knoxville Bear, etc.? Now you old timers have seen everyone play, but some of the young'ins and oldies/ unfortunates like me would love to catch some of the famous pool players playing. All we have to go on are books like Hustler Days. I don't think there was a video of Lassiter in his prime either.
