How has the stream quality been for people?

I apparently got home too late to see anything on the stream tonight (7PST/10EST), even if it was (and still is) available to purchase.

Hope to catch some of it tomorrow and on Saturday.
 
Interesting World 14.1 Fact: BOTH players in today's first TV match are LEFT handed and both under 25 years old. See them duke it out at 11am (in 45 mins!) JAYSON SHAW (SCO) vs ANDRE LACKNER (GER)

I paid for the stream and there's nothing showing??? I tried both internet explorer and chrome, nothing, at both 8:30 EST and 9 EST, is this a known issue, who can I contact?
 
the last match I think started at 7:30 and it may be done by now. They don not loop the stream.

this is the worst streaming site ever paid 20 thru paypal, can't see anything, haven't had a problem with any other site....
 
My stream just froze and when I went back to my cart to login and refresh my purchase is no longer there. Does anyone know how I can get the stream back?
 
I'm clicking on "Returning User" on the front page of the 14.1 site but it no longer has an access button for my purchase for today's stream.

Yes, but the match isn't over! Actually, it's 11:55pm right now in NY, so the day isn't over either. Anyone out there know how I can get the stream back to see the end of the SVB-Mika match?
