Russia nationals is going on this week, 14.1, 10-b, 8-b, 9-b. I suppose every game is split in two days so no wonder there was 10-ball preliminary stage running next day you returned
I know you don't read cyrillic so you can't figure out players' names, and I can't comment on anyone you mentioned. But in regard with the guy in pale green shirt I suppose you must be talking about final game. http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/18537644 This is Konstantin Stepanov, you may want to check how he performed when he was participating in Predator 14.1 Worlds.
Like I said, the BilliardSu channel will be live all week long, about 10 hours per day. They have only one camera, so only one TV table, but for that reason players selected for that table are usually skilled enough.
Correct, the tournament is over. It lasted a week to play 4 disciplines.
Here I list all 14.1 matches recorded and present at BilliardSu Ustream channel:

Best local pros, Konstantin Stepanov and Ruslan Chinakhov play 14.1 far better than other contestants IMO, so I'd recommend watching their matches. (Dennis, I don't really think it is worth downloading matches other than marked in bold, the level of play I suppose is below than in your straight pool league.) Stepanov-Chinakhov final would have been what everyone expected, so it was surprising to see Ruslan losing his semi.
I haven't watched any of the games, but I could recommend a match I heard of. In his match vs Dudanets (national team junior) Sergey Nikitin was down 80+ vs something and 92-15, and managed to win! So that must be pretty interesting.
He was knocked out by Buslaev who managed to run 60 and out, but it was not on a TV table. But that could be Buslaev can also play some 14.1, after all it is him who made it past favorite Chinakhov.
Thanks, Mike for your work in going through all these. I just cut and posted your entire post and sent it to my 14.1 peeps. It will introduce them to some 14.1 playing Russians, fwiw.
I downloaded them all and will now take them home with me as flv files and convert them overnight to mp4s for viewing on my ipad.

ah, another week away from AZBSo couldn't say thanks for the feedback guys. It was not that hard at all but I'm pleased to know you enjoyed.
