I just wanted to share some pictures of my newly added addition. Well I have had it for a bit and wanted to provide info on it’s playability. Since all white is as expected at the ferrule and joint with a hard tip, all I can say is that it plays great.
The pictures and cue speaks for itself, but I would like to add a BIG Thank YOU to John Rocker as he nailed it. It simply started out as a design that I provided to John and he ran with it. John provided some feedback and design changes that made this cue to perfection. Communication was great throughout the build as he was responsive and very professional.
Everything White… is as expected!!!
Butt… is Cased in scalloped crowns with ebony and stained BEM star. Offset linen wrap… housed in copper rings, long marbled ebony (5) points with stained BEM forearm with a copper radial pin.

Nice cue. John came down to a tournament I put on once, and he's such a nice guy, and super underrated cue maker. Wish more people put their Rocket Cues on display on the forums. Some day I'll have him make me a custom.

John doesn't build cues... He builds true players. I had the chance to shoot a few balls at SBE this year with one of his players. My God was sweet! He also is the most underrated cue maker out there. His work is growing bigger everyday ...like it should!!!!!

I agree that he builds players and yes I too agree that he is underrated. I spoke to Dick Abbot and he mentioned that a cue should be a "percussion instrument" and that's what John is making.

Thank You

Thanks for the review Stephan. Which shaft did you like better heads or tails? The sleeve was a definite challenge to figure out but in the end it turned out great. It was a pleasure to work with you and I look foreword to any future opportunity. Good luck in any future tournaments may you win them all.

John
