VERY NICE PLAYERS CUE, WITH A VERY SOLID HIT TO IT. CUE IS SINGED 1 OF 1 ON THE FOREARM.

BUCKHORN JOINT, 3/8 11 BRASS PIN. MAPLE NOSE, ROSEWOOD POINTS/BUTT WITH MAPLE, RED, BLUE, BLACK VENEERS. BLACK BUTTCAP. SHAFT IS 12.8MM AND WEIGHS 3.7 OUNCES. HAS AN IVORY FERRULE AND A LAYERED TIP. CUE HAS SOME PLAY AND HAS SOME DINGS ON THE BUTT.

$OLD TRADES ALSO CONSIDERED, BUT ONLY FOR CUSTOM CUES.

Steve made the cue for me & its an exceptional playing cue. Blank is Schmelke from the 70's.

i was thinking it was a schmelke blank...... Thanks for confirming. It's a great cue, and a nice piece of billirds history with the blank being that old.
 
I was talking to Steve yesterday and we talked about this cue, he said he's sorry for not buying the remaining blanks Schmelke had. Awesome cue ;) Wood is about 40 years old, dang, that's about my age :rolleyes:
 
looks like my old cue...same blank not signed 1/1 of course just his name and mine had black joint..sold on ebay few years ago steve told me they were left over blanks sitting for over 40 years.....wish i never sold it....good luck with the sale should go fast...
