1 rail kicking

This is a numbering system i came up with for 1 rail kicks.Thought i would share it.Might help someone.
As you know english and speed will have everything to do with your
accuracy.
(The numbering is for no english)

8pack...You have to learn to kick accurately using just speed and NO english, before kicking with sidespin will make any sense. Interesting diagram, but if you're going to do 1/2 diamonds, then you probably need 1/4 diamond #'s too!

It is for no english.And i agree with what you said about speed.Once you figure out how the table plays ,speed is the key.
 
8pack...One of the biggest things I find with students trying to learn how to kick accurately, is that they don't strike the CB exactly where they think they do. That will play havoc with kicking, even with the right speed. That's why we work so hard to make every student's stroke perfect...for them!

I know alot of systems.Quite a few are the off the table systems.
Maybe i will get a few on here this week........
