The solution to getting more women involved in pool is so simple...if you understand women.

Just tell them that pool requires stylish and flattering outfits. You can't just wear regular clothes to play pool (anymore than you would wear regular clothes to play tennis). In the big 1980s tennis boom most of the women were attracted to playing because it required buying new clothes.

And don't overlook the importance of SHOES! You've got to have the right shoes and they have to match the outfit.

Have Jeanette Lee, Jennifer Barreta, etal, model the outfits while playing pool and women will catch on quickly.
