I think that most that have been following the last half dozen or so major tournaments on stream or in person would say Shane does not have the upper hand with the break with most of the top players around the world and the rest are getting close. Johnnyt
i noticed a few guys copying him now, he still does it better but in a year or 2 I dont think he will have the advantage he does now. Same as the soft break, took awhile but lots of players figured it out. Then what 12 ball?

There has already been guys breaking this way for 10 ball in Asia. It just seems like Shane is the only one doing it because Americans rarely watch international pool. I do think Shane has one of the best breaks though, but it is not enough advantage for him to be considered the best 10 ball player.
