Where do you get a 10 footer at? I'd like to get one to help with my 9' game someday. Does any manufacturer actually make one or do you have to make one out of a snooker table?

I have done some research on this and Olhausen had a 10 foot option for the Champion Pro as well as the commercial version that is one step above the Champion Pro. I was actually in a store a few months ago that was an Olhausen distributor and they have this computer to build your own table on-line and I believe 10 foot was still an option at that time.

I am pretty sure that the largest distributor in the Minneapolis area is an authorized Olhausen dealer. However, I cannot recall the name of the distributor.

Good Luck.

If you to to the Olhausen website (http://www.olhausenbilliards.com) they have a build your own table section as well, and they still show that you can get the Champtionship Pro and Grand Champion in the 10 foot version.

they definitely used to make em if they still don't. I learned how to play on a 10foot snooker table (god those pockets were tight with pool balls), but i dont remember who made it. sorry.

As far as I've ever found, nobody makes 10-footers as a standard production item any longer. If you don't want to pay the price of a specially built new one (and it will be expensive), then you need to find a used one. That's not particularly difficult, though prices will vary all over the place, depending on whether it's restored or not. The Brunswick Anniversary model is relatively easy to find in the 10-foot length, and I think Centennial's can be found in that length, though I'm not certain. Earlier models exist and are reasonably common. For example, there's a very interesting one on Ebay for $1500, item 7218016532, and another for $6000, item 7216350968.

Local top player here got one....

One of the top players here got a 10 foot table. Obviously a 5 X 10 takes a pretty good sized room.

It was ordered, but it wasnt some strange custom. I had to order my table and it was a 4 X 8, (with red simonis cloth).

It isnt that tough.
