I have never heard of the cuemaker, but if you got it from Bogey and he says it is OK, then it is an OK cue. Pretty hard to go wrong with anyone's custom cue for that price. Looks to be an old house cue conversion. Typically, these type cues play jam-up.

I know Glen personally and my son has one of his cues. I can not speak for that particular cue but I am sure it is a solid hitter...
 
Nice cue, if I hadn't got a sneaky conversion recently I'd be very interested.
