14.1 morning run w/ Lomax

Thumbs Up

A proud papa with his new cue....LOL Very nice, really a good looking cue.
Enjoyed watching your video. Nice table & set up. You almost got correct position on that break shot but came up too short. If you want to practice correctly after you attempted to follow the 1-ball down by the right corner and came up short. Instead of moving the cue ball, practice playing a safe and see if you do it properly. Remember, playing defense is just as important as offense. Good defense will lead to more offense.
*Watch that ceiling.......
Best of Luck.

Thanks for the input. I usually do that, but I wanted to shot that corner rack shot. I would not do that in a match unless I knew I would get another go..Love that cue , first one i ever had made just for me.

thought I would share this . New cue from great cue maker Steve Lomax. First run of the morning..

Thanks for sharing your video. I really like how you never give up even when you over run your position, you pull off some very difficult shots that get you back on track.

That's also a nice cue you have there. I was fortunate to spend last Saturday with Steve at his shop. He's a really nice guy who's exceptionally knowledgeable about pool and pool cues.

Thank you , though the purpose was that particular morning practice was more to show my Lomax cue. I also have a jump from him. His cues play extremely well and is really tailored to my specs. Love the game. Love my cue..Best Regards
