14-1StraightMan Quest To Run 200

none of the runs counts without a video ;)

You re right on here- (but if Mikey would say to me, that he ran 300 i would believe it without seeing it for sure, too! And the most other guys i wouldn t mind also!)

I thought the same way more and more often-- but a cam is not that comfortable to travel with, and further i for myself am never sure when i m going to shoot some balls or not.

the thread for the *High Run* should really be like you said: No run without a video. What shall our *Video Police-Man* Mr. Sapolis do without them--LOL.

take care guys.

lg from overseas,

Ingo

no doubts, I just was speculating and trying to give a hint to Mike that he haven't posted a video in quite a while

85 Today

Ran 85 this morning. In the last rack, I broke up a small cluster but made another one along the lower left long rail. Had very few balls left on the table to work with.
Made a shot and went into the two balls on the rail, opened them up slightly but moved them near the side pocket. One was slightly off the rail and the other was approx 3" from the rail even with each other. Made a shot and came three rails for perfect position on the ball that was on the rail. Made it up the corner and got perfect for a side pocket break shot to the other side of the table. Cue ball slightly higher then the object ball.
I thought I had it made. Good angle, you name it. Made the shot, put too much draw on the cue and missed the whole rack. Cue ball went around the rack back up table.
It tells me to be more careful and most of all. I waited too long to set up a break shot during the rack. Lesson learned.

Sorry Stevie and your comment is funny. I too enjoy watching how a good run ends. It is always interesting to see what leads to ending a run. That is why I explained it the best that i could. Hope that you got the picture. As for my statement about setting up a break shot earlier in the rack. I did have a good one but had to shoot it to break apart those two balls on the rail.

Hey Mikey,

i followed what you were saying. i was just curious if you had the camera on....you know as well as i do that you never know when a run is coming, that being said you dont wanna miss that magic number on film !!!
