Thanks for the info. You just can't imagine the desire for us to ship cues with ivory to the US. But because of shortcomings of some before us, shipping ivory to the US by concealing it and being caught, US Customs have been much strict with cues coming in from the Philippines. I am not worried about FedEx as they never failed me. But I do not have control if US Customs would hold the cue because of ivory. I wouldn't take the risk of being blacklisted by US Customs for smuggling ivory, if & when it is caught. I am deeply sad, really... like it would be so much more who could benefit from this if not for that ivory importation issue. A US$2000 price tag for example, on this remarkable cue, I believe is very much reasonable... and I have several of our US Customers wanting it because of the low price... but unfortunately, I can't ship it. :frown:

Let me dig up a CITIES permit and solve that problem, I dont know where they are(but I know I have them) then its my ivory in a cue you built, then Customes has no chance. With that in place you could import alll the cues through me.
