Hi,
I am a Cuemaker in Vegas (Esoteric Cue) and purchased a InMotion 48" x 18" CNC plug and play unit with Step by Step Video assembly directions. I completed about half the assembly and shut down my shop for two years while I purchased an new home and built a new shop in Vegas. So this project was delayed and I lost interest. I only build a cue month now and my plans for a second CNC is no more.
I purchased this machine at the recomendation of Mr Leon Sly who uses it to build his high end cues.
The machine is about half built with Gantry Installed.
I have the following components all brand new:
Leads screws ( radial ball type ), 4 stepper motors with cables and articulating cable tray assembly, 4 axis controller and power supply, alum slats to complete the bed, and all required bearings and brackets ect.
This unit does not come with a spindle, tail stock or A Drive which can be gotten for about 600 bucks today. You have the option to get a indexing A Drive or an indexing one that will spin so you can turn butts and shafts also. I am very good friends with Leon and Lee Malakoff who both have experience in building CNCs and can help you aquire the best components at the best price.
I also paid the 150 bucks extra for anodizing the aluminum.
My drop dead lowest price would be 2000 bucks and I would expence build the shipping crate and buyer would paying shipping about 200.00.
If you are interested, I would also offer the following free of charge.
If you fly here to Vegss to inspect this offering you could stay here at my house for two or three days and I would train you in the use of Bobcad, Mach 3 and when you leave you will understand how to run basic inlay and pocket geometry milling for cues.
I would pick you up at air port. Put you up in a private bedroom, do all the meals for your stay and if you do purchase, build the crate and pack up everything and ship it to your shop under your observation.
Tickets to Vegas are very cheap from and major airport about 125 to 200 bucks RT.
So in my mind that would be the only cost you would occur if you made the trip and you would have peace of mind by viewing everything in person. Plus if you need the training I will have you making inlays the first day in my shop.

This price is firm. This is a great price for this machine. I paid 8500 bucks for my cue monster with the quiet spindle in 2006 in comparison. I am very happy I did because there is no real money in cue building if don't do inlay work IMO.
It is just sitting here collecting dust. I just want to get some of my money back as I no longer have plans for it.
