Here's a list of 19 different pool forums I've found so far.Trust me, nothing even comes close to AZ Billiards. AZ Billiards is defintley the wife and all the other forums are mere mistresses:D :p

i love this forum and easypooltutor, that was the first one i became a member too, alot of good info there.

Google is not the best way to access rec.sport.billiard. The best way is through a newsreader not a web browser, but if you're only access is through a web browser http://www.recgroups.com/ is a better way to get to it than google.

There is also another newsgroup which gets very little traffic these days it is alt.sport.pool, aka asp.
 
I used to post at Seyberts only because the store is in my hometown....now I post here pretty much exclusively....I've seen people in other forums with 25,000 posts...:eek:

Man, that is alot of posts. 12,000 that is almost as much threads on the main forum here....... I am almost at a 1000 posts in EasyPoolTutor forum.

I have a large number on EPT myself, under the screenname of- goneill.

Remember the Cheers episode where Sam and Norm go to a bar across town and when they walk in everyone in the bar says “Norm!". In a shocked voice Sam asks” How could they possibly know you here?!”
 
Thanks for the links,a few good sites,just more time to be spent on the computer and not in the real world.:)

is SAPPA (Scottish American Pool Players Association)
SAPPA website

Since I am of mostly Scottish heritage, I dropped in on it,
and it is pretty good. It helps me keep up with European
players (Scottish and English mostly), and those guys really
are pretty funny.
