Hi all. I hope this is a good place to post my question. I know the recommended spaces for various table sizes. I wanted to get some opinions from some on recommended space for a pool room and what comfortably fits.
As the title suggests, the space I want to turn into a pool room is 19'x19.5'. I would like a bench or two, a small table in the corner with a few chairs, another chair or two scattered in the room, and a flat screen on the wall. I don't intend to add much beyond that except for a cue stand, wall hangings, the typical stuff for a pool room.
If the sitting furniture were strategically placed, would a 9 footer work well without feeling cramped? I don't have any of the furniture, just a bare room. I am looking at a table with 60x110 dimensions. Enough space to play, and enough space to have a comfortable pool room are two different things.
Any thoughts on 8' vs 9' given my space and what I want to do with it?
