1970 9 ball rules

Closing the loop on this, I’m abandoning the idea of holding a 1970 rule set tournament. I talked to a local pro level old timer, and he said those rules stunk and made games take forever. Def not tournament friendly. Thanks all for the input.

2shot 9ball was/is a GAMBLING game. Not designed for tournament. That's why 1foul was invented, to speed up tournaments. If you've ever played it, FOR $$, you will quickly realize how good a game it is. Much better than the 'luckfest' called 1foul.
