Just a note to any potential buyers, I had the opportunity to play a few raks with this cue and it plays just a bit better than it looks, it is awesome in both looks and playability, great condition and great price

new reduced price 6/26/11 A hard to find 1970's Adam "Jim Rempe" model pool cue. Nice condition for it's age, I'm original owner. Notice original red rubber bumper. Very well cared for, it was my player in the 70's-80's.
specs are
57' long,
butt weight 17.2oz
shaft weight 4.2 oz. this is the original shaft
5/16-18 joint

I also have my Adam cue case posted for sale, I bought the same time I purchased the cue.
I will post specs later tonite.

It was the straight the last time I rolled the cue. The shaft may have a very slight taper roll, certainly nothing to affect it's playabilty.

Thanks for the bump. It is a very nice example of an Adam cue, when they where made with quailty and craftsmanship.

I really don't get it, this cue should be sold. It would be very hard to find anything equal in qaulity for the asking price. I hate to say it but like most Adam cues there must be a stigma attached. If this cue were a Palmer it would sell for around $1200, and there is no difference in qaulity of construction at all.

These cues make great players, if I did not build cues myself I would grab this cue.
