1970's Huebler pool cue

Is there a crack in the wood from the tip of one of the points??

I am removing part of the question, the owner has stated that there is no crack in the cue and that it is a grain. What i don't understand is why is asking an honest question the wrong way of posting in this area? Posting the way i did or pm the poster still asks the same question, and if the question is answered, what is the harm??

Please make me understand, and if there is are rules on posting that i violated, i appologize because i never have seen anything that goes over the topic i have just discussed.

Anyway, most people know that i am not a vindictave person and i wish no ill will on anyone, so i hope that no one took offense to my question, but i thought my comment was valid and above board.

However, i got a nasty response from a member, and i felt that it was unecessary to attack me personally, for something that was innocent and had all good intentions behind it.

Anyway? Sorry if i posted this wrong and if everything is to be posted in a pm, ill do that!!!

good guy

samharli has always been a standup guy, even sending me a vid of a cues taper roll so i could see it. no way he would try to sell a broken, damaged item. I have seen pics where things i couldnt see with my eyes were exagerated in the photo.. Too bad this couldnt have been handled via PM instead of this way which could possibly damage a good sellers reputation. At least he puts up good pics in his threads.

The cue does not have any cracks.

It also doesn't look like a crack to me, I blew up the photo and what they are talking about appears to be a grain line.

It would have been nice if this was handled in a different manner, but some time people jump the gun and forget about the proper way to handle things.

JIMO.

Huebler

If I did not already own this very model, I would jump on it. A great classic player. A real stroking fool. glws
