Now I know this really isn't the place for this but I have seen people place golf clubs, guns, etc. many times over for trade on here. If there's any problem with this thread I can just have it removed. Anyway, Wanting to trade a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS for a cue or cues. It's a 5 speed and white in color. The car has a few problems but nothing that can't be replaced. The body is in excellent condition with no rust or anything of that kind. The thing of it is it has a bent crank shaft and needs an engine, New tires, New headliner, and the passenger side door handle is missing. It had a new clutch and timing belt before it broke down. It's got air conditioning, An Infinity sound system, Nice spoiler, Power door locks & power windows. It's a really sharp looking car. It just needs a little money or time put into it. I didn't include a picture because I don't know how this thread is going to go. If there is interest I can take pictures of the car inside and out. Will post them on this thread. That's if there is interest and I don't get the fire put to me for starting this thread. :D

Thanks,

My 2 cents

Josh,

I have no problem with people listing items for trade here that are not pool-related, if they want pool-related items for trade on them. With the economy the way it is today, people might have plenty of pool cues, but need a car, golf clubs, etc, or vice-versa. Since the value of lots of items have been in a downward spiral due to the economy, bartering and trading one item for another is just a necessary fact of life, and most the time the best way to get the most BANG for your buck. just my opinion, and if nobody else feels that way, then I guess the post will just die a quick death on page 2.
BTW, not sure about your Eclipse GS, but I owned a 95 Eclipse GS, and had very few problems with it- loved that car.
Good luck with the Sale/Trade.

One bump as a last chance to see if anyone has interest then I will let this thread go

Bump! Price??

Price to sell it out right? I have not thought about it. Was just curious to trade it for a cue or cues. Off the top of my head $800-$1000?. It's a really sharp looking car and the body is excellent condition. I checked eBay and on there another engine could be purchased for between $800 & $1500. If someone already had one this would be perfect. The rest of the probs like the headliner and door handle are easy fix it yourself jobs. I had a cue maker write me today about this and ask for pictures so once I get them to send to him I'll throw one up here too. Should be tomorrow.

Thanks,
