Here's the scenario:

Player 1 scratches. He has no balls to spot. (I'm spotting him 11-5.) The remaining 6 balls are ALL above the head string.

Question:

Do I have to kick at the remaining balls, length of the table?

Can I give him the shot back?

Is there another option?

I just kicked at what was left. This isn't a normal situation I wouldn't think. I haven't come accross it in 3+ years of playing the game.

Thanks guys.

Spot a ball nearest the string, I believe. I may be wrong, it's been a while:sorry:

Wow great question, been playing one pocket for almost 30 years never had this happens. I would kick one, two or 3 rails gently, wonder what Efren thinks
