Today at age 63 I played in my first VNEA tournament.It went on for over 6 hours and i ran out of gas. I did place third but i think if i could have maintained my game i think i could have won.
It was at Charlies Billiards in Northglenn Colorado .Was anybody else there?
I won $90 for third.Oh by the way i did this with a Lucasi cue.

You finished in third place and it only took 6 hours? You may be surprised to know that's not too bad for this type of tournament. I've spent 12+ hours in pool halls before and the tournament wasn't even over.

How many players were there?
 
I really don't know the exact amount of players but i would guess at 25 or so. 12 hours to play one tournament! I would need nap time.
 
12 hours? We had an APA best of the best on the 20th of Feb. 63 people showed up at a pool hall with 8 tables. We started at 12:45pm, at 5:00am the next morning me and the last guy split so we could get home before our wifes get out of bed
