I added a picture of the insides. The tube for the butt is pvc lines with felt. The shafts fit beside the tube real nice they have felt lined so not to harm the shafts. Thanks sebas

I have been wanting build my own case, and I wondered how do you line your tubes? whats the process for adhereing the felt to the interior of the tube, or what is done, if it is proprietary then I understand. I would love to make my own, and just myself.

Hey Flash good question that i will try and answer the best i can. I use PVC tubes and line them with felt. I start with cutting the felt for the tubes for the butt of the cue. The tubes i use for the butt is 1 1/4 thin wall PVC (SCHEDULE 160).
I cut the felt six inches wide fold it over and sew it together then you have a felt tube. I then take an old shaft i cut extra long and fold the felt tube over on one end. I use the shaft to push the felt tube through the PVC tube. I then fold the felt over the outside of the tube and tape it. I do the shafts the same way.
