Those are not World records that he beat, not by a long shot. As of a few years ago Sang Lee had the record with a run of 29 billiards. It may have been beaten since then though.

Yes, you are correct. They are USBA records not world records. I apologize for the confusion. My mistake. Still, 18 is pretty sporty though.
