2 scruggs shafts 13.5mm each

Not fair

Did the aliens tell you that when you had that sweet hat on! I claim foul.!!
Seriously I can't think of anyone else that used the grey-blue collars. Am I the only one that sees them as non steel rings? Are they steel or not?
Thanks
Nick :)

In addition we've gotten the bugs out of my bullsheet/propaganda deflecter, forward your head size and I'll send you one.

On a different note, what is the measurement of the shafts at the joint, ie 0.840" or what?

I'm not disputing that it looks like a JW shaft to you nor am I disputing that it would be quite sought after if it were.

I'm saying it's not and would be willing to make a friendly wager.

Pm me if you want action:)

If there is a differance between the two shafts I sure can't see it.

GLIBBY, are the collars the same???

Thanks in advance for your reply

My money's on Adam.....;)

I might be going slightly loopy, but I see two different collars aswell. The bottom one has the silver/grey rings further apart leaving more black phenolic around the maple stitches. The rings also seem slightly out of center of the phenolic collar on that shaft. As everyone keeps mentioning this is a great buy if you have the matching butt which I don't.

upon close inspection of the pic#1 (with my glasses on) The top shaft looks like it has silver (metal) rings, closer set to the center than the shaft below it.

Also the shaft below looks as though the rings are grayish, is that a word?
May just be the lighting though (the color, not the ring spacing)

???????????

Could be picking up color from the gray backgroung. I had a foot-locker that collor when I was in the service. I am willing to take part of Adams action if he will give it up.
