$25,000 Added, $20K First - Diamond Open 10-Ball Pro Players Championship

The Diamond Open 10-Ball Professional Players Championship will be held at the Super Billiards Expo March 10-13. This event will be $25,000 added, $500 entry fee. First place will be $20,000, based on a full field of 64 players. Open to men and women; anyone on the planet that wants to play has a shot.

More details, entry forms, and info can be found on our website: www.SuperBilliardsExpo.com

And I also started another thread in this forum about the Super Billiards Expo. Just wanted to post this about the tournament specifically so everyone knows about it, some people might not realize there is a pro event when they see a headline for the Expo...

If you have questions, just let me know.

Could you let us know when you have info on the stream for the SBE events? Best of luck for another great year.

Can I play in the pro event as well as the bar table events or is there a scheduling conflict?

Unfortunately, no. Since the Amateur event is, well, for amateurs, if a player saw you in the Pro Event, they could become upset and make a complaint that you are a professional. We only allow a player to play in one or the other to avoid problems.

While I completely agree that merely playing in the Pro event does not necessarily make a player a "pro", but rather maybe just an ambitious amateur who wants to take a shot in a pro event; we do have to apply the rule uniformly and this is just our best way to do that.

In no way am I commenting on your particular abilities, I'm just explaining why the rule exists in general.

There is a Pro-Am Bar table event that you could play in though, details are on our site at www.superbilliardsexpo.com
