Host location is Samples Billiards, Lamar Ave in Memphis,Tn
Dates are November 17-19th 2006. Added money guaranteed $7,200.00.
Entry Fee $100, Race to 7, Played on bar tables,Ladies get one on the wire.Last year this event paid out over $48,000.00 and will be bigger than ever.
Played on 10 Diamond bar tables. This event is limited to 128 players.

I did not receive a response on the Green Fees or the cost per game. Are any green fees taken out of the entry fees? Are there any registration fees, if so, how much. These are questions that should be answered up front.

I wish they would state this up front along with the per centage of payouts. The Tommy Kennedy 9 ball tour and others pay out 25% of the field which while it reduces the big pay day for the number one and two dogs, it allows many others to savor a piece of the pie.

BTW, how did you do at SCB weekend before last?
 
> Trust me,it's worth the added security to NOT stay on Lamar Avenue where the tournament is,regardless of room cost unless that is your only consideration. There is a cheap place (40-60 a night) 1/2 mile up the street,but you take your chances going in the place late at night. There are unsavory characters roaming the hallways,are well-organized,and street-smarter than you. You also take your chances with whoever is running the desk. They may not speak good English,and Memphis is notorious for charging different prices for identical rooms,and doing so at will. There is a Hampton Inn maybe 3-4 miles away on American Way with nice security features,but is about 100.00 a night. Tommy D.
