Josh Johnson is playing Mike Dunklin on the one loss side
Trent Talbert(Quincy) is playing Jamie Welch(Beloit) for the hot seat.

I think there were 45 players. Played down to the final four, all of which made the player auction.

Me and my calcutta partner have Josh Johnson and I am hoping for him to make his way to at least 2nd place. Only time will tell. Will update later.

Josh Johnson started Sunday in a match with Mike Dunklin who was beaten by him and placed 4th place.

Trent Talbot of Quincy who placed Jimmy Eberhardt and Scott Kitto in the losers bracket won his first match today over Jim Welch from Beloit.

Josh then proceeded to beat Jim Welch placing him 3rd place.

Josh and Trent played the first set and Josh narrowly escaped elimination to win the first set hill hill, 9-8.

Josh Johnson from Iowa I believe ended up in dead punch and finished the tournament with a strong 9-3 victory over a strong shooting Trent Talbert.

I had the winner with my silent partner and the guys that finish 5th 6th.
Mike Dunklin had everyone else and was in with Josh.

I would have to say he had the best weekend. But, it was a great tournament, one hell of a staff, good food, cold drinks and good equipment.

I will be posting a flyer for the next tourny $2000 added on 2/27 and 2/28
if you plan on placing high, pack an overnight back as this tourney will likely be close to full.
