I think you can buy it everywhere. I got mine near some of multiple moneychangers, there are special booths which sell SIMs and refill cards, and you can buy SIMs in various shopping malls. Just ask a ploiceman or whoever where to buy it,
 
I'm flying out in 3hrs time. I'll see you guys tomorrow at the venue.

Maybe some drinks tonite? I'll be in the hotel (Fernandina88 Suites) around mid-nite.

Cuaba, it was a pleasure to meet you for me as well, I could only regret we didn't have an opportunity to chat more. Probably it's me to blame mostly, because I had to rush for my job duties (doing smth for Russian TV). I wish we meet again someday.
btw I loved Bangkok some years ago. Have nice time there!
