I heard from an EPBF official that Indonesia was hosting, but I have not seen any official confirmation anywhere, so there are probably some financial / political issues to be solved..

I've been wondering about the venue myself.

If it's in the Philippines I'm definitely gonna go- not sure I'll make it if it's in Jakarta (never been a big fan of that city).
