Hello AZ Friends!
I would like to tell you about what I have been working on since the beginning of 2016. As life often does, it throws you a curve. I had a door close on one aspect in my life, but it has opened a window even wider than before. So, I am happy to announce that I am in negotiations to run as many as 4 events this year!
First, I am happy to announce that Diamonds Billiards in Midlothian Virginia will once again be hosting the Virginia State 9 Ball Championships. It will be August 6-7. I will be doing something a little different if we can get enough interest. I was approached by several ladies who have played in the past and was asked if I ever thought of doing a separate ladies division. So here's the deal, if we have 16 players, I will put you in a separate bracket and the winner will be sent to the U.S. Open, along with the winner of the State Championship! Ladies, it’s up to you!

I'm looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones this year!
Just a reminder that this event is for Virginia and DC residents only!
You can begin to sign up with Thomas or Rayman at your convenience. Please keep in mind that we fill up quickly; so secure your spot sooner rather than later!
I mentioned four events. I am working on having a State Bar Table Championship. I am working on potentially holding my 2nd Virginia State Straight Pool Championship and I am working on an event called The Commonwealth Cup (think Mosconi Cup for Virginia). More details to come.
