Congratulations to my dear friend Stacie Bourbeau in winning her 2nd US Women’s Amateur Championship in Palm Harbor, DL (Tampa Bay). Stacie is from my home area of Franklin County Massachusetts. I’ve known her since she was 16.
On her way to the title, she had to get through the likes of Tina Larsen, Jeannie Seaver, Tina Malm (girlwon1) and eventual runner-up Rachel Lang. This is Rachel’s 4th or 5th time at this event and is her highest finish. The other three mentioned above have all kinds of national titles between them.
