For those traveling through Louisville, KY. and using I-64 Westbound to access Indiana: Be advised that the Sherman Minton bridge that connects Kentucky and Indiana is under construction. Please use caution as the construction may cause delays, lane closures and lane shifts.

That would be great. That area is confusing enough without having to deal with construction.
