... for Elvicash to run 41... after tomorrow, we have to add a ball.

We know you can do it, Dana!

Damn, I didn't know we were down to the wire. I wonder if he's out shooting pool tonight? Anyone know how close he is?

I know he was looking for inspiration from the Arizona State 14.1 match that was being streamed yesterday.

Hope he gets it today.

How does this work??? Do we just state and timeframe for a certain goal??

I think I would like that. My high run is 58. I think I would set me goal at beating that and give myself 2 months. Of course I would rather set it at 100-200 but I think beating my current high run is attainable for now.

It was also my old high run and I matched it a few months ago. Break shot misses both times.

Dana's goal was to run his age in 14.1 (41) before his next birthday - which is tomorrow.

If he is unable to do that, I guess he has 365 days to run 42 balls.

Just got home I and I am going to play for 3 or 4 hours. I have not had the best runs lately but my game feels very solid mid rack. I just seem to be missing alot of break balls. I missed ball 29 earlier this week. If I can get into the third rack tonight I like my chances but we will have to see.

BTW - I want to thank you guys for the support.

Like the song says - Tonights the night........

Good Luck ...

Elvicash,
The way you shot against me in Indy a few weeks ago I believe you will surpass your goal. Good Luck in reaching your goal.

Best Regards,
Hal

P.S. - Sometimes we can put so much presure upon ourselfe to obtain a goal it may become a restriction. On the other hand it can fuel unmeasurable desire.

The pressure is ramping up then... If he couldn't run 41 in 366 days, how will he run 42 in 365!!!

Good luck elvicash! I ran 42 once last year, but this year I'm not sure I've run my age yet (26). Maybe I have, but that number's not that memorable for me. I can't say my 14.1 game has improved the last year though.:(
