Got 9 pieces to spare .
I milled the glue channel with a 1/4 end mill.
The channel is about .100 wide and will easily make thick epoxy pop. No filing the narrow glue channel on these. .381" barrel.

$100 plus $2 Paypal fees plus $3 s/h .
$105 total, they are yours.

These will fit 5/16 minor 3/8 10 flat bottom screws fine. I just tested it.

When these are installed and the cue is finished around the pin, do you do anything to cover the end? Or does it just show the places where the epoxy oozed out, set, and then turned flush?

No need. The exposed part should be around 1.250" long from the face.
1.300" max.
The first thread goes down the hole . If it doesn't, the barrel will be visible.
Imo, exposed barrel is very unattractive . Plus you would need to countersink the threaded hole of the shaft.
At 1.250" long, you get 10 threads plus the pilot. It's just right. 1.275" is fine too.

You chamfer the .381" hole a little bit with the largest centerer or even an 82" countersink. That way you don't hit the screw when facing.

You milled the slots with a 1/4 inch endmill and the slots came out .1wide?

I had to do that also with the radial g10s i, got
I used a ball mill and did it 4 times around

Yes, .100 wide. Came out nice. I don't like those little slit saw slots. Not enough for thickened epoxy.

If someone wants to order screws like this, just pm me. 10 pcs minimum.
