3/8-16 long tap and long 5/16 drill

Where can I find a long 3/8-16 tap and 5/16 drill? I looked on McMaster-Carr and couldn't find it. Also, does anyone know where I can get some chrome weight bolts in this size?

Just a suggestion but I picked up stainless steel in that size and was happy with the price and look. They were not drilled for the bumper bolt but that is not a big deal.

Hawk fleabay. I picked up long carbide 5/16 drills a few years ago for a steal. Make sure the tap is undercut.
