WHY NOT BUY THEM FROM BILLY DIRECT......these are overpriced for second hand stuff....plus Billy might even autograph your copy if you ask him sweetly enough.

The book/dvd has reached the 10,000 SOLD mark worldwide! My health not being close to 100% for quite a while now, has delayed me from ordering another 500 copies. I'll make a decision here before long.
