What are some 3 Cushion Etiquettes, player unaware about 3 Cushion Billiard should know?

Like!
Only your chalk on the table, when it your turn. Removing your chalk, when not at the table.

Tapping your shaft with your chalk, when other player made a nice shot.

what other?

Apologize for making a lucky shot. (a slight hand gesture is enough)

If you are unsure whether you made a point... you didnt make the shot.

And,...why do the guys where I go bang the stick on the rail (after they chalk and) before they shoot?

I mean, I know it is a house cue and all, but why...?

I asked somebody once and they told me, "To go the extra chalk off", which would seem to defeat the whole purpose, and get chalk all over the table, too, but whatever...

Also, don't pick your nose and then put your hand down on the rail, although that's not specific to billiards.

Keep chalk up on rail (the first thing I learned, you'd be amazed at how many don't do this).

Go to the bathroom prior to your inning, not mine.

Pay attention to the game, not your text messages.

Tell your friends to talk later, not in the middle of our game.

along the same lines..

Along the same lines, what's your favorite line from pool players when you're playing 3C? I'm not talking about innocent questions if they genuinely don't know the game, more like leaguers that think they're sharks, and have something to say. My top three:
"Why don't you just practice on a pool table?"
"How's that going to help your pool game?"
And the hall of famer this week, when a guy told me I was playing on a 'practice' table and I let him know what I was playing:
"Yeah, well, my brother owns a pool hall, and he says that's a practice table."

Shooter Not showing expression or lack of expression when they made a fantastic shot, [Hardly any expression are shown on tournament videos].

Where does this fall into the 3 Cushion Etiquettes category.
