3C tip suggestions

I prefer harder tips when playing pool, Sumo is my favorite there although looks like they are impossible to get now.

For a carom cue for 3C I feel like I need a softer tip. Not sure what is on either of my two carom cues. One is really soft (Mariposa) and the other is very hard (Viguera). But that may be because I am a total noob and have no idea what I am doing.

Are there carom specific favorites when it come to tips?

Thanks for any opinions and thoughts.
 
FWIW, there was a poll of pro players someone posted on here and most of them used moori. i think most of the tips used for pool would work fine, something in the medium to hard range, just personal preference.
 
One school of thought says softer for more spin. Another says harder for more consistency and hold shape better. Since players (top AND bottom) use one or the other... it's down to personal preference. For me... I like Tiger Sniper. Recommended to me by Mazin Shooni. YMMV...
