Which bring me to this questions:
When was the last time training were held for 3 Cushion referee? Or how often?
Who are USBA qualified referee? Or do they use BCA, ACS referee, or a voluntary player?
Is there a USBA Manual for referee?

I believe somewhere I read Bob Jewett or Dennis Dieckman held training or
Qualification a year or two back.

Training was held at each of the last three Las Vegas WorldCups. The main trainer was the head of the Dutch referee contingent. Since the matches in the US are rarely refereed, there is no continuing referee training program. The handout that was used for referee training in Las Vegas is available.

Bob, How may one obtain the referee training handout? if only to include it in their billiard library.

Now I know what is missing from USBA new website. USBA Product section. What little money is lose by not selling to non member? You would think USBA, would do like BCA a non member price and a member price.

Bob, wouldn't the DCC be a good time to requalified or training new 3C referee. Especially with all the 3C events.

Bob, Is the handout: the BWC 13 pages, that can be downloaded from your website. Doesn't UMB have a new handout/ instruction that can be downloaded [Force Coming 2008]?

Let see BCA, ACS, and other organizations have referee program, but not the USBA?? I hope your are working on one!
