The printout is 125mm [5"] long, and dime shaped.
Before shaping. Brand new tip (played a couple days) received from Predator on a Revo 12.4. A bit too flat for my liking. (I did shear some mushrooming off by hand with a single bevel Japanese blade right before taking this picture).
During shaping. It took some time to get used to the motion, and to hold the sandpaper, but eventually I got it.
After shaping. I like the radius, and it was easy to keep the layer lines even all around. When I was doing it before holding the sandpaper in my hand only, it was a lot harder to get an even edge all the way around.
The design accommodated the thickness of the sandpaper, which was .5mm thick for the 100P grit I had on hand. I did end up finishing the shaping with 220P paper, to get rid of some of the fuzz, which was half as thick. It worked fine though.
