3rd cue almost done.

Here is some pics of my third cue after its first coat of clear. This is my first attempt at the points touching above the wrap. Let me know what you think

That's looking very sharp! I like the looks of the points touching.

Is that different wood in the points than is in the sleeve, or is it just the camera angle?

Can't wait to see it finished!

Both the points and the butt sleeve are some of the best cocobolo I had. The pics of the points don't do the coloring justice. It almost comes across as rosewood. I am very happy with how this cue turned out. I have a second cue with touching points heading into the spray booth very soon
 
The pics do kind of make look more brown than the sleeve...not being nitpicky...because I really do think it looks sharp! I can't wait to see the finished products!

Not nitpicking at all. Bad lighting is still bad lighting but I am however 99.99% certain they are the same wood as they came off the same square. Lol. Will post new pics as I get more coats of clear
