Just arrived from Ozone. Tried to put it on a 13 mm shaft, and the clip broke off. The DVD cover is cracked also, which isn't a big deal. Everything seemed packaged pretty well, so I'm not sure if it happened during shipping or not. I had a couple heavier items shipped along with it, like a Jim Rempe training ball, so it could have.

Those things are great. Plus they cost probably .007 to make so im sure Joe will see your post and send you a new one. If finding center ball is priority for you, there is no beter tool.
 
Well, I leave mine sitting out and it will get dusty, but a few strokes once in awhile will keep it from getting dirty...

Hey David just pm me your address and I'll send you a replacement. You have to use that cone shaped applicator and slide it over the tip the first time you put it on your cue and after that you'll be able to snap it on and off without a problem.
 
I must say, my experience with it has not been as good as yours.

First, the cueball can fit in between the 2 posts with a lot of space on either side. Enough space so that you can still hit the cueball off-center.

Also, if you hit slightly higher or lower than centerball, then there's even more side-to-side space.
