got my cue [#3] today...

here is my assessment:

the cue is Excellent!

i agree with manwon, that the joint could use 'a slight bit' of improvement. the shaft also could be 'a slight bit' more smooth and polished. but a great cue for the money.

also it is 'slightly' butt heavy, but it is a full splice so that is not unusual.

the coco is beautiful.

the points are 'very' close and the bottom points are very clean.

with the g-10 and kamui it hits as a 1 piece.

for the money - it is a Great Cue!

just my $0.02.

all the best,
smokey

first impressions

I was introduced to the sneakiestpete by fellow AZ member bencho.

I haven't been playing for a long time, but my first impressions of the cue are that it is absolutely solid. From all my years of playing tennis, you'd look for a racket that feels like an extension of your arm. The sneakiestpete feels exactly like an extension.

The finish is immaculate. No ripples or bumps. The shaft, is just right. From the 20 balls or so that I hit today the cue has excellent feel and feedback.

When I get a chance to further familiarize myself with the cue I'll write a more detailed review.

Thanks for a great cue.
