Hi to all my friends,

I just wanted to tell you all that we had our mid-season positioning round last night and boy was it a tough match.

As an experiment this year, I decided to accept an inventation to play with an all women's team in an all men's AA division.

We ended beating our strongest competition by only 3 points to hold on to our 1st place position.

2 of the 4 women are considered Master level players in the women's VNEA rankings and the other 2 are very strong as well.

It came down to the last game and we ended up winning by only 2 balls!

---

I also want to report that a good friend of mine that I've been playing pool with for a few years and I both tied at 1st place for overall wins.

Out of 55 games, we each won 43 for a whopping 78% winning average!

It really feels good that the time I put in my practice time this year paid off.

Happy holidays to everyone in case I don't return in the next few days.

PPT,
Congratulations, sounds like a great year so far. Keep up the good work.

Thanks WillieBetMore!

It has been a fantastic year so far. Our division is trimming down to only 6 teams from the original 12, so the competition will be a little more fierce for the 2nd half of the season.

I'll keep ya posted on our progress.

Oh yeah, about 1 month ago, my team of women and I placed 2nd in an all men's event. They had 3 divisions: Open, Intermediate and Recreational. We played the Intermediate level.

Happy holidays!
