It's close, it's in my $$ range, and it will fit. But what model is it?

Haven't inspected it just yet; owner states it's about 35 years old, kept in the family since hatched.

Anything to look out for if I pursue this table? I'm guessing that cloth and new cushions may be in order, my dad always warned me about rubber(s) over 25 years old.........

Thanks in advance for your input.

I can't remember the name of that model right off hand, maybe the monticello, but I think it was a step up from the Sierra that had pressboard frame etc....check the underneath and make sure its a solid wood frame, you should be ok if it is.

It's a clean table but I think it's alittle high in price 1\2 maybe plus if you change the rubber and cloth yourself depending on budget looking from $300 on up for parts cheap rubbber good cloth or cheap cloth and good rubber. $600+ for close to the best of everything. I just throw out some numbers for you to think about and ask the right questions to yourself before you jump on into a table.
