Anybody have to replace a joint pin that has been installed with the Scotchweld 420? I've had two of them recently. It doesn't seem to break down as easy as epoxy with heat. Both took a couple reheats to get the job done.

I don't know about Scotchweld but there are quite a few Cue makers that don't use 5 or 20 minute epoxy on thier joint screws. Those screws require more heat for removal.

That's funny because a maker here once said he only used 5-minute kind because they were easier to heat up. West 105-206 does not easily give with heat but is manageable .
